This is Hollywood.
of board members in Hollywood are men.
of Hollywood film executives are white.
of parent media corporation senior leadership is male.
of film directors are men.
of film composers are men.
of writers across all platforms are men.
of directors across all platforms are white.
of disabled characters are played by able bodied actors.
This is America.
of Americans are women.
of Americans are people of color.
of Americans live with a disability.
We’re asking networks, studios, talent agencies, unions and other industry organizations to look at how many women, people of color, LGBTQIA+ and people with disabilities are:
• Board Members
• Core Decision Makers
• Department Heads
• Senior Executives
